Brainstorm of the day…

Pork chops Benedict…must get some more kitchen testing, but this is what the first rendition looks like…(recipe and better pictures coming in next post – I just wanted to get this out there to see what the people think!)

    Wow! Pork chops Benedict! Did you use a traditional Hollandaise sauce or change up the flavor profile to be more savory? Did you use a Cajun spice mix to garnish? How do you ensure a perfect poach? I have lots of questions.

    I have enjoyed a wonderful crab cake Benedict but never thought of one with chops. Interesting!
